Dear Friends of Achieve Learning and Resource Center,

It is my great privilege to announce our very first fundraising campaign, the proceeds of which will go toward helping us to finally secure classroom facilities in which we can more effectively carry out our nonprofit work.

As many of you know, Achieve Learning has been serving our community for nearly two years, during which time we have remained true to our nonprofit mission of providing quality educational services at far-below-market prices. Because of the support we have received in the past, we have grown from a one-person operation offering K-12 tutoring for a handful of students to a fourteen-person organization providing over a dozen different programs for nearly a 100 diverse learners. In addition to such success, we are proud of the relationships we have developed in the community, including our partnerships with the City of Hercules, the nonprofit organization 100 Black Men of the Bay, and the number of West Contra Costa schools that have contracted us to provide services at discounted prices.

With such rapid growth, we have outgrown our present resources and need your help to move into a facility that can supply us with more classroom space, house our educational resources, and provide an overall enhanced tutoring experience. More specifically, we are attempting to raise $5000 to help offset the expenses of leasing a space and the costs of moving into a new place.

As C.E.O. of Achieve Learning and Resource Center and on behalf of the fund raising team, I would like to invite you to support our nonprofit mission in the form of a tax-deductible donation. As a nonprofit organization, we depend on the generous support of donors like you to allow us to continue to keep our prices low while maintaining high quality instruction. We hope we can count on you for generous gift of $100 or more, but obviously welcome any donation amount.
